1. Who We Are

Zapex Technology Inc. ("Zapex", "we", "us") is a software modernization firm based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through zapextech.ca, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

2. What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to give us directly. This currently happens in two places on our site:

• Contact form: name, email address, company name, service interest, and the message you write.
• ROI calculator: the numbers you enter (hours per week, staff count, hourly wage, efficiency estimate), and an email address only if you choose to provide one.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand overall site traffic, such as which pages are visited and roughly how many people visit. This tool is cookie-free and does not use any tracking pixels or personal identifiers. It cannot be used to identify you individually, and no data from it is combined with the contact form or calculator information described above.

3. How We Use It

Information submitted through our contact form or ROI calculator is used only to respond to your inquiry, follow up if it looks relevant to what we do, and keep an internal record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site and process the information above:

• Resend — delivers form and calculator submissions to our inbox by email.
• Vercel — hosts this website and may process standard server logs (such as IP address and request timing) as part of normal web hosting operations.

5. Data Retention

We retain submitted information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of business communications, or until you request its deletion.

6. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request that we delete it. To make a request, email us at loretta@zapextech.ca and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we change what information we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
